I liked that the bathroom was clean and that the windows in the room could be opened to let in air.
What I didn't like was that the sheets weren't changed during the 5 days we were staying at the hotel. They just laid them out and didn't shake them. furniture didn't shake them either, they just got dusty. space in the room was too small for three people. What I didn't like either is that it's in an area where it's not suitable for children. I DON'T RECOMMEND IT FOR FAMILIES WITH CHILDREN. If you have children with you and you want to go out and get something to eat there in the same block as the hotel, you can't, there's too much pornography. Besides, smell of marijuana and cigarettes at night and noise of the people who were not very relaxed, like the restaurants next to the hotel. hotel is very good, too bad for the place it's in.

very friendly staff, proper breakfast, missed only yogurt. Proper room air conditioning. I recommend not to book the small room, possibly it is better to pay the supplement of the superior one.
small room is too small, only 7. 5 m2 and bathroom 2. 50m2 in total 10m2. They have no Spanish TV programs, only Russian TV for Europe and America and Cuban TV. room can only be used for sleeping and bathing, you have to leave quickly because two people can not move in it. Furniture: a bed of 1. 35 attached to the wall that the person who sleeps on that side has to get down on his feet when another person is lying, an armchair, night table, small closet with safe, stool for the suitcase and a small piece of furniture to place the coffee maker and a lamp.

There are no special remarks. The rooms were comfortable and met the expectations for a three star hotel.
Price of rooms in this period on the high side ...

Very good location. Good price. The toilet facilities was privet (in the room).
Very old furniture. The toilet facilities have no ventilation. The room was not clean enough. But all the hotels being located in the city center with the price befor 200EURO/night have the same features.

The place was fairly clean and staff was accommodating. Plenty of food for breakfast, it was fab. I had bright room here with tea/ coffee and shower. Set close to a railway station, which helped to explore Amsterdam. ...

The room has a very small tv (ridiculously small, my laptop has a bigger screen) and also there is no air condition in the room, even cheaper hotels give you this atm. Because of their location (at the same street with all classy, expensive shops) I guess they meant their selves 4 star, but it is not worth it.

I really enjoyed the complimentary goodies and snacks provided, which added a nice touch to my stay. The room was comfy and clean, but I wish the decor was more modern. I would definitely choose this place again for its cozy feel!

The bar staff in the evening was great - real Amsterdamer with great information. The location is fantastic.
The day staff are a little slow and I would not have paid full-price for a room there. The room was clean but not somewhere you'd want to spend any time in. The bathroom was tiny

The hotel offers a great central location. Rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff were friendly. The walls were thin, so you could hear neighbors. A positive experience with excellent value for money.

We had exceptionally nice breakfasts with sausage and huge fresh strawberries, and had dinner at the excellent restaurant on-site.
